Bed & Breakfast at Lesquite Farm

Our two self contained bed and breakfast apartments are both situated on the ground floor with views over a large lawn and young chestnut trees towards our woods and wildlife pond beyond. Built in an annexe to the farmhouse, they are perfect for a relaxing short break.

When deciding to run a bed and breakfast, we felt that it was essential to have well furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good quality mattresses are a priority, indeed many guests have found ours so comfortable that they have gone away with the manufacturers details in order to purchase one for themselves!

Both of the two generously sized apartments have superb en-suite facilities - Neptune with a luxury wet room and Menabilly with its top of the range bathroom suite and shower. Relax in really comfortable armchairs and watch the flat screen television or wander through the french doors on to your private patio overlooking the garden.

Both apartments can be accessed from level decking and so are suitable for all guests including those with mobility issues. The apartments also have a kitchenette including a fridge and hot plates to enable guests to prepare food to eat in if desired.

Breakfast

A full choice of breakfast is taken in an adjoining dining facility with a large mahogany dining table. On sunny days the door can be left ajar and you can watch the birds have breakfast while you have yours.

We believe that breakfast must also be exceptional and we provide an excellent selection for those who want traditional Cornish fare. You can enjoy local bacon, our local produced sausages and our freshly laid free range eggs. Whatever your requirements, there will be a wide range of cereals, fresh fruit, homemade preserves, coffee, tea and herbal teas to choose from for that perfect start to the day. Many guests purchase our preserves as presents for friends and family or just to extend their memories until their return visit.
