Accommodation
The Cottage is in the shade of a beautiful copper beech, and is a comfortable self-catering cottage for two persons. It was tastefully and sympathetically converted from a stable
and wagon house.
The accommodation is all on one level, and has open-plan sitting room and kitchen. The large sitting room area has french windows opening on to the patio and
for the colder evenings a cosy gas stove. The kitchen area has a full-sized electric cooker, fridge and microwave, and plenty of storage cupboards.
The bedroom, which was the wagon house, has very old beams and a bow window and large window seat. The bed has a queen size, pocket sprung mattress of the very highest quality.
The bedroom is equipped with attractive pine furniture.
The bathroom, which has been completely refurbished, has walk in shower, hand basin and vanity unit.
Both the bedroom, and sitting room look out onto lawns, the woods and the pond.
Services
Inclusive: Electricity charges are included, and during the cooler months oil fired central heating is provided in the morning and evenings, and a cosy gas stove at other times.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Additional Information
- Arrival/departure day is Saturday.
- Arrival time is after 3.00pm and departure time is before 10.00am.
- The cottage is available to non-smokers only.
- One dog only by prior arrangement at £15.00 per week.
- Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
